A: That’s the magic of blind boxes! All our boxes are factory-sealed. We do not weigh, scan, or tamper with boxes. The odds of hitting a "Secret" or "Hidden" edition are exactly as stated by the manufacturer. If you buy a full set (case), you are guaranteed to get no duplicates.
Q: Can I order online and pick up my items at a physical store?
A: Yes! We offer a "Click & Collect" service. You can choose to pick up your order at our Melbourne Emporium. Simply select the "Store Pickup" option at checkout. (Please wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email before heading in!)
